After a career of over ten years as an illustrator and portrait artist, a meeting with a well known sculptor led to a new direction and a new career focusing on sculpture. Jacqueline has produced a large number of equestrian sculptures and also enjoys working on other animals. “For me, the real delight of the sculpting process lies in the challenge of capturing the natural beauty, grace and vitality of a living creature”. Jacqueline is married with two children and lives in a 300 year old cottage in a rural Somerset village. Her own animals include a horse, two ponies and two cats. |
