Anni was born in Birmingham and trained a The Lincoln College of Art, The Design Centre Sutton Coldfield and The School of Art Birmingham.
She has had a deep love of horses for as long as she can remember, and her early sketchbooks are alive with fantasy horses and ponies galloping across them.
She exhibited art at various arabian horse shows across the country and developed the unique equine statuettes which she called "Mira horses". For several years she presented a hand made sculpture as a trophy at the National Arab Horse Society show at Malvern.
Now cast in bronze by Midland Art Bronze, and figures are named Epona horses after the ancient British goddess of horses, whose spirit seems to infuse much of Anni's work. |
